in short: fresh and smoked salmon pate, served with avocado puree, orange chili emulsion, arugula, and pomegrantate seeds; fried salmon skin with dill and ginger creme, served with cucumber.

oh shit. i found another feather pillow downstairs that no one’s using. that makes 3 pillows for me. i’m stepping up my cuddle game tonight!
i won’t have a pair of space jams, but i’m nice and warm in bed. win.
good thing i did a test run. my quick plating looks cheesy as fuck to me. i’ll also need to do some more changes to the components tomorrow and plan for the assembly/plating at work on thursday. the flavors are really awesome though; i’m excited for this dish to come together perfectly.

Having a $500+ camera is a fucking privilege. So for those of you out there who just rock it around your neck like it’s a fucking necklace, you’re doing it all wrong. Have respect for the damn thing, and get to know it. Learn how to use it. Read the manual and stop asking so many damn questions when you have all the right resources and skills to find the answers....
